Understanding your skin and the treatment you truly need to get the best .results can be a challenge when deciding on the right treatments. Having an initial skincare consultation before any treatment is paramount. There is NO pressure on you to book or proceed with any treatment afterward. An initial skincare consultation is a good chance for you to ask all your questions from a medical professional about your treatments so, you can make informed decisions later. We will discuss your goals and tailor a solution best suited to achieving the results you desire. Note that most of our treatments are consultation based so prior to treatment online or face-to-face consultation is needed.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit or full payment will now be taken when booking any treatment. This will be deducted from your bill for the relevant treatment. We guarantee that where notification to cancel appointments is given, with more than 48 hours’ notice, deposits will be refunded or offset against any future treatment required. Where late cancellations are notified (including failing to attend without notification) with less than 48 hours’ notice, we will retain your deposit or deduct a treatment from a course of prepaid treatments. **Polite remember if your appt is part of free voucher , free online consultation or free review, cancellation notice is 7 days before the appt and further booking is only upon discretion and availability***
