Hello Everyone, Hope you all are well and ready for Christmas and shopping that must be had!

Today we are launching our special gift boxes for Xmas.

We all have had a very hard couple of years but this Christmas we can enjoy with freedom and have a lot of festive cheer to catch up on.

As a Mental health Pharmacist and volunteer I have noticed that mental health cases have increased amongst all age groups. 
But what I can also see is light. So many positives have been highlighted during this period. Community spirit, collective efforts and a general greater understanding of how we can help those in need, whether that be a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on or a pint of milk. We should all be so proud of ourselves. 

And know that 'Happier days are coming'. 

I am offering this special gift box which has been co-created with one of my mental health patients who survived a serious mental health crisis and suicide attempt in December 2020. With therapy, our small venture and lots of self love she is making a prosperous and happy life for herself. A true unsung hero. With her input and access to her experience we have come up with a lovely box to calm your mind, focus your thoughts and reinforce that happier days are coming.
